My client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their boutique luxury hotel in West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique hotel company with sites in Europe and New York.

We are looking for a candidate with fine dining experience with impeccable customer service skills

• 50 bedrooms, restaurant, cocktail bar, and conference rooms

About the position

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the shifts
• Train and develop the staff’s palate with your knowledge
• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
• Report to the Restaurant manager

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in fine dining
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage
• A dynamic and motivated individual
