Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care legal are currently working alongside a Local Authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is in need of a Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer to join their growing team.

Role: Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer
Location: Oxfordshire, hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Rate of Pay: £45-£55ph

The Role:

• Provide a cost effective and efficient legal services to the council on Property and Regeneration Law matters


• Assist with the running of a team of Property and Regeneration Lawyers and Senior Legal assistants


• Advise on future regeneration projects occurring in the local area and liaising with Private sector clients

The Person:

• Someone with a minimum of 5+ years of PQE in Property and Regeneration Law and has worked for a Local Authority previously


• Someone with a detailed knowledge of Property and Regeneration Law


• Someone who can work flexibly and under pressure as part of a team
