Customer Service Administrator

This is a permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known manufacturer and distributor in the UK which offers structured training and development along with genuine progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Dealing with current customer orders/queries

  • Operate speedy, effective, and accurate order processing

  • Order entry in accordance with established procedures

  • Advising of prices and discounts in accordance with current price list, current promotions, and trade agreements

  • Produce and distribute all relevant paperwork required for order processing

  • Maintaining and building good relationships with customers

  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings

Skills and Qualifications of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent IT Skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet, and email

  • Proven experience in Customer Service

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels

  • Work on own initiative, remotely from home when required

What is on offer for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • £21,649 per annum

  • FTC (covering maternity)

  • 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 3.00pm finish on Friday
