Job Title: Concierge Assistant – Luxury Residential Apartments - Chelsea

Salary: £25,000

My client is looking for a Concierge Assistant for this Luxury Private Residence.

As Concierge Assistant to help in managing the daily operations of the Entrance, Lobby and Front Desk.

The Concierge Assistant will be providing five-star customer service to the residents of the building for their daily requests.

About the position

• Providing and maintaining the professional standard of service through administrative duties such as answering calls, manning the reception desk, and dealing with any residential requests
• Assisting residents with daily duties
• Good knowledge of local information, travel links, parking information to provide to residents.
• Maintain a high standard and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a good rapport with all staff and residents
