Litigation and Regulatory Lawyer

Service Care Legal recruitment are currently working alongside a Local Authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is in need of an experienced Litigation and Regulatory Lawyer to join their team.

Role: Litigation and Regulatory Lawyer

Rate: £45-£50

Location: Oxfordshire, hybrid

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

The Role:

• Manage a varied Litigation and Regulatory caseload from start to completion


• Draft and negotiate documents including Court proceedings and other documentation when necessary


• Undertake advocacy in cases when appropriate and attend Court with Counsel as instructing representative if required

The Person:

• Someone with 5+ years of PQE in Litigation and Regulatory law


• Ideally someone with Planning Regulatory experience


• Someone who has experience in working for a Local Authority within Litigation and Regulatory legal team
