Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of Norfolk County Council to join a team to help assist with customer facing queries.

You will be expected to provide accurate information, advice and guidance on using myOracle at first point of contact, signposting to in-system resources as appropriate.

You will need to ensure managers have considered all relevant information and guidance on multiple systems and ensure that the full scale and extent of issues is understood to assess risk.

You will need to take control of any issues which occur and ensure that you find a solution for this to ensure all systems work correctly in a timely fashion.

You will need to ensure you are confident dealing with both inbound and outbound calls and ideally have worked within HR admin previously but this is not mandatory.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:00 with the opportunities to work from home.
