Commercial & Procurement Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working in the Major Works Teams on the delivery of high-profile buildings (safety, decency and sustainability) for improving homes


• Leading the commercial team


• Knowledge of services and construction contracts


• Work with both internal and external stakeholders and external organisations


• Delivering procurements within Public Contract Regulations and governance


• Contract management and delivering works in budgetary restraints

Work Experience Requirements:

• Chartered memberships of a relevant professional body or Working towards


• Previous work with local authorities or social landlord organisations is desirable


• Experience of tendering contracts, evaluation of tenders and report production


• Significant public sector procurement legislation experience (PCR 2015)


• An understanding of the Landlords & Tenants Act

Pay Rate: £450 a day (umbrella) or £356.15 a day (PAYE)

Location: North London

Contract Length: 4 Months

Working Pattern: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in office)
