Our client is an award-winning Michelin Star Restaurant near Glasgow.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with Michelin Star Background to manage the operation.

What you'll be doing as Restaurant Manager:

• You will work strategically to ensure the excellent delivery of restaurant operations


• You will be on top of recruiting, training and developing top talents in the business


• You will be the ambassador of our values


• You will support the F&B Manager


• You will run the restaurant's show ensuring the guest's expectations are always exceeded

You will be a great fit as Restaurant Manager if:

• You have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in Michelin star properties.


• You have strong wine and spirits knowledge


• You are a hands-on Manager ready to support your team


• You are an inquisitive and avid learner, constantly looking for ways to improve and creatively solve problems - both the big strategic things, as well as the smaller quick wins


• You are interested in building teams, and people development and excited to help build something amazing


• You are driven by seeing the achievements and progression of others you support and partner with


• You drive, due to the hotel location outside Glasgow
