Children's Social Care Assessor needed with Devon County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Remote

Duration - initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £13.66 ltd an hour

Description:

• To promote independence supporting an asset-based approach which seeks to optimise opportunities for people to reduce and delay their need for formal care and support


• Undertake assessments of need and eligibility; develop and review personalist support arrangements that will enable people to maximise their independence and maintain safety and well-being


• To work within the Disabled Children's Service

What is required?

• Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths


• Previous experience within a similar role
