Salary - £25,000
Shift - Monday - Friday (Day's)
Location - Northampton

Synergi are recruiting for a Technical Operator to join our Client based in Northampton.

They are looking for a Technical Operator who will be responsible for operating equipment and machinery within the production area.



Responsibilities of a Technical Operator:
, Ensure yourself & the team work safely & considerately of the environment, correcting any unsafe practices and supporting improvements safe working system in the department
, Deliver high quality products through ensuring production and product labelling meet our Quality Management System Requirements and product labels, records, process checks are accurately completed
, Be part of the team auditing our Quality Management System within your department & across the business

Skills Required for a Technical Operator:
Previous experience of working within a production environment: machine operation, lubrication and cleaning maintenance skills would be beneficial.

GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, is required.

You will need to be highly motivated, have the ability to learn quickly, have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
