Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary - £38,000
Shift - Monday - Friday (7am till 4pm)
Location - Bodmin

Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join an award winning, family run business who are leading the way with plant-based, sustainable confectionary.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:

, Conducting Reactive and planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
, Continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
, Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum
efficiency and minimal downtime
, Possess a good level of understanding to the process, products and all quality procedures.


, Diagnosing faults and Troubleshooting
, Identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions.



Skills and Qualifications Required for a Maintenance Engineer:

- Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or HNC Qualification
- Fault Finding using PLC's (Siemens & Allen Bradley)
- Food or Packaging experience is preferable but not required
