ServiceNow Project Manager - USA

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented ServiceNow Project Manager to join a global manufacturing end user company, spanning over 70 countries.

My client is currently recruiting for their North American operation.  The role is fully remote, and as long as you are based inside of the USA and have the legal right to work, you can work from home, anywhere in the USA.

My client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to drive the implementation of their new Global ITSM Platform in ServiceNow following ITIL principles.

Your key responsibilities shall include:

  • Acting as the single point of contact and leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
  • Facilitating the definition of the project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Developing, controlling, and communicating the project plan, timeline, and milestones.
  • Tracking and reporting project deliverables to the project team and stakeholders, through status reports and meetings.
  • Managing the risk, Issues, and changes.
  • Facilitating the continuous improvement and enhancements of the ServiceNow Platform using external and internal technical resources.

  • Developing and implementing proven best practices for successful ServiceNow adoption and increased user experience.
