DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE – THAILAND!

Very excited to be working with this awesome International Hotel Brand who are looking for a talented Director of F&B for one of their properties in Phuket!

As DOFB, you will be undertaking the overall direction and operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel and for ensuring the effective co-ordination of activities between them.

Accountable for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the F&B Division and for the hotel meeting its F&B financial and guest satisfaction objectives.

What are looking for in our ideal candidate for this role?

• 2-4 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury International Hotel group
• Bachelor or Masters Degree or full professional qualification
• Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage working practices in a 5-star hospitality setting
• Proven track record in hotel of similar standards and in a similar capacity in prime cities, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
• Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment
• Able to manage large and diverse associates in a multi-unit setting
• Computer literate
• Excellent command of the English language
• And all the other things like being an Excellent communicator, organizer and motivator; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated; Good planner and problem solver; Excels in defining, measuring and increasing productivity
• Knowledge of Thai and other foreign languages is an added advantage

Salary Package: USD6-7k net pm plus full expat benefits
