Assistant Restaurant Manager, All-day Restaurant, Canary Wharf

Salary up to £35,000

We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and business-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who will assist with the day-to-day operation of the business, and ensure this beautiful restaurant delivers excellent quality and service standards.

Things you will be doing as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Oversee the running of the restaurant and report to the Restaurant Manager any issues that may arise


• Be responsible for the restaurant team and lead by example; creating a positive working environment and encouraging career development


• Support and manage the team ensuring the restaurant is run efficiently at all times


• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints


• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor/Floor Manager/Restaurant Assistant Manager from a busy Restaurant and have the drive to grow


• Are a hands-on individual with great communication skills and customer service


• Posses business management skills


• Are a team player and can lead by example
