Their mission is to create memorable experiences and play a part in the journey of its customers lives.

They are now looking for a General Manager to run their Canterbury site.

– Also did I mention this role comes with no late nights!

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Have the confidence to inspire your team and build effective team relationships
• Be organised, think ahead and delegate appropriately
• Be a brand ambassador for the company and ensure others follow your lead
• Have the basic knowledge to understand the P&L account for your store
• Treat every customer as a valued friend and leave them wanting more
• Keeping all company paperwork in check including H&S/financial audits
• You must be pro-active, driven, and enthusiastic
• Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service

• Basic salary of up to £30,000
