60 beds, mostly complex medical, some mild dementia, really homely feel to the home, with a large competent staff of carers and Nurses.

As Deputy Manager, you will be ensuring best practice care is offered to our residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the fabulous Home Manager, working 40 hours a week, mostly days.

On Calls as required.

You will need to be strong, confident and able, in both your clinical management and staffing arrangements.
