Dove & Hawk have been instructed by a Global Property firm to assist in their search for an Trainee SalesNegotiator in Prime Central London.



The business has a reputation for providing high class service in a high value location.

They have a great portfolio, and the business is going through an upwards growth phase, resulting in HUGE opportunities for negotiators to progress their careers into middle management and upwards.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new vendords


• Arranging and conducting property viewings.


• Taking and providing feedback to vendords


• Assisting and accompanying the manager on property valuations when required.


• Negotiating and closing on qualified offers to ensure the best result for all parties concerned.


• Providing excellent customer service to colleagues and clients alike.


• Assisting in the tenancy process where required.

Applicants must have:

• Great communication skills with people of all backgrounds.


• Strong IT skills


• Full UK drivers licence

Salary: First 4 months:
£24k Basic Salary, £250 per sale

From 4 months onwards:
£20k Basic, Tiered commission structure, £3k Car Allowance

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30-6pm, Sat 10-4pm, 5 day week.
