We are representing an amazing company with a Collection of luxury Boutique Hotels across Europe, currently looking for their next Superstar General Manager to lead the team of this beautiful hotel in the heart of VIenna.

Your Profile

• Energetic individuals with bags of personality
• Currently a General Manager in a 120+ bedroom luxury butique / "Lifestyle" property Hotel (minimum)
• City centre experience is a must - previous experience in Vienna is ideal
• Strong financial and commercial backing
• Working understanding of Austrian legislation and compliance
• Ability to lead a passionate team of managers and employees
• Passionate, with a hands-on approach
• Creative and generator of new ideas to continuously improve offering at property and group level
• Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
• Is committed to the development of the business and the team.
• Local knowledge is a bonus
• Fluent in English and Austrian
• German language is considered too.
