TELESALES EXECUTIVE – STOKE-ON-TRENT -  HYBRID ROLE (OFFICE AND HOME WORKING) - £23000 (rising to £26000 after 3 months probation)

We are working with a forward-thinking company who are growing on a month-to-month basis! Due to this growth, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their team based in the ST1 area of Stoke-On Trent.

This role is pivotal to the company’s further growth plans.

Are you an enthusiastic person who enjoys talking to new people? Are you a self-starter who loves to generate new business and provide excellent customer service? Do you enjoy generating new business and exceeding targets set? Are you looking for variety where you will deal with both inbound and outbound enquiries? Then this could be the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful Telesales Executive will be the first point of contact, whether it is an inbound call/email or outbound cold call.
  
  You will be responsible making the right first impression
• You will make follow up outbound calls to people who have had contact with the Field Sales team
• Convert all enquiries into orders
• Exceed targets set
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A positive and determined approach
• Success driven
• Previous experience working in Telesales Executive position
• Customer focused
• Ability to create professional relationships quickly
• Prepare and analyse pipelines
• PC Literate

PACKAGE:

• Salary is £23k rising to £26k after 3 month probation period
• Working Tuesday to Saturday over 37.5 hours
• Tuesday – Friday variant shifts eg  9am-5.30pm/9.30am-6pm/10am-6.30pm/10.30am-7pm
• Saturday 9am-5pm
• Option to work on a hybrid basis – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home (after training)
• Mobile phone and laptop provided
• Full training given
