Job Role: Automotive Service Administrator
Location: Harlow
Hours: 3 Days per week - Flexible Hours
Salary: £15’600 per annum + Overtime
 
My client is a commercial vehicle workshop based in Harlow, looking to recruit an Automotive Service Administrator to join their busy department.
 
The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.
 
Automotive Service Administrator duties will include:

- Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
- Raising paperwork / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments
- Updating vehicle and customer records
- Supporting front-line staff with administration duties

 
Requirements for the Automotive Service Administrator role:

- You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best.
- You will need excellent communication and telephone skills
- Have Kerridge / CDK Experience
- Have previous automotive experience.
