Job Title - Wiring and Soldering Operative

Location – Loudwater, High Wycombe

Basic Salary - £23,000 per annum

January 2023 Start - IMMEDIATE 

A position is available for a workshop operative to join an Electronics company, based in High Wycombe, which supplies to the Emergency Services and Specialist Vehicle sectors.

The position will be based within the production team building products to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Builds prototypes as directed

• Carry out multi-disciplined tasks and are trained to achieve maximum levels of quality of build.

• Responsible for the quality of their own product.

• Self-Inspection (on-line) is used to achieve uniformity of production.

• All assembly staff carry-out multi-disciplined tasks and are trained to achieve maximum levels of quality of build.

• Maintain good housekeeping within workshop

• Comply at all times with the Company’s quality and HSE policies

• Carry out any other reasonable management instruction

Requirements

• Experience in electronic production desired

• Relevant Electrical/Electronic qualification desired

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors

• Must complete the following Health & Safety Training: IOSH Working Safely or Equivalent, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height Awareness.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

This position will be based in High Wycombe on a full time basis.
