Contract Transformation Consultant (Payroll)

Redline Group are currently seeking a Contract Transformation Consultant (Payroll) to support a leading electronics systems designer, based in Northampton.

This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC.

Our client is a global business with significant presence at various locations across the UK, in high performance engineering, electronics, software and mechanical technology.

Their products are designed, developed and manufactured here in the UK and are sold into a wide range of global markets.

As an experienced Contract Transformation Consultant (Payroll), you will support the team on an exciting project that has gained high attention from global stakeholders.

Key Skills Required: Contract Transformation Consultant (Payroll), Northampton

- Experience in migration of payroll systems (ideally Cascade)

- Knowledge of tax codes and how to change benefit packages

- Ability to advise and guide on how to automate payroll systems so they run more efficiently
