The position of Breakfast Supervisor will involve working in our busy Garden Restaurant.

Candidates for this role must-

, Full-time working 5 days out of 7, starting at 0600 finishing at 1530 to include Saturdays and Sundays
, As well as breakfast would oversee early functions and conferences in the hotel
, Would help to set up and deliver lunch service
, Hands-on approach
, Able to deal with high volumes of customers
, Positive mindset
, Definitely needs to be a morning person 'let's get up and go'
, Ideally previously held a supervisor role in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
, Be able to lead and train a team.
, Have excellent customer service skills.
