They are searching for a New Homes Sales Negotiator / Sales Executive to join their established team, offering brilliant commission structure and mileage allowance.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year + Benefits

Job description

The role as a sales negotiator / sales representative involves all matters in relation to new home sales negotiations, administration, the handover of finished properties and any immediate after sales issues that may apply.

Because of this, you must have great customer skills and a proven track record of sales of residential new build homes.

You will be working with one other sales member and working on a rota basis, with weekends included.
