The Role of the Field Service & Installation Engineer:

Our client sells hospital & dental capital equipment designated sales area for niche therapy area's: ENT, Gynaecology, Forensic, dental chairs & microscopes.


Mostly stack systems such as imaging equipment, panel equipment, microscopes, endoscopes, light sources, cameras, etc (See links in notes).



Covering the whole of the Midlands but also going into East Anglia & South Wales.


Working on all equipment:



- Installation of the stack systems

- Call Outs - Repairs

- Service - They offer 2 x service check-up a year when a client has signed a service agreement with them.



Benefits of the Field Service & Installation Engineer:

Salary £30,000 – 34,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience) plus commission between £10,000 - £12,000 annually, paid quarterly.


Hours – 37.5 per week (8.30am-5pm, Mon to Fri)


Eligible for commission scheme following completion of 6 month’s probationary period

The Ideal Person for the Field Service & Installation Engineer:

Qualified to HND/HNC or degree standard in electronics and engineering, or equivalent discipline, with the ability to adapt to technical situations.


Ability to use, install and configure software.


Ideally from a medical background.
