The Role

My client is looking for a strong Executive Chef to lead the team in this large B&I site.

As Executive Chef, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team and your main responsibility will be to develop the business and drive it forward through excellent food, service, and standards.

This role is predominantly retail but you will also oversee the hospitality side of the business.

• Strong B&I background with a wealth of experience.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the contract.
• Extremely passionate about excellent food, quality service and current food trends.

• Hands on approach.
• Knowledge of all health and safety and kitchen costings.
• Creative and a passion for cooking quality fresh food with consistency.
• Self-motivated and a mentor to the Head Chef and the rest of the team.
