IT Support Analyst


IT Support Analyst is required to join a global distributor of engineered products on a permanent basis.

The core purpose of the IT Support Analyst is to work as part of the Global team and provide first and second line support for all IT systems and processes to all users across the business, but predominantly in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Key Accountabilities of the IT Support Analyst:



  • 1st line support, problem solving and fixing issues for end users on all systems (including remote users and remote offices).

  • Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting - desktops, printers and servers.

  • Build and set up of machines in a Windows environment.

  • Software installation and maintenance.

  • Firewall and switch support and troubleshooting.


Key experience required for the IT Support Analyst:



  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Experience of Windows environment (desktop & servers).

  • Experience of a network environment (local and wide area network).

  • Desktop support experience.
