Location: Bolton

Salary £23,000 - £25,000 per year

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The Role:

There is a new exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the dynamic team.

Based within the Accounts Department at the state-of-the-art Dealership based in Bolton, you will work alongside the dealership teams across different sites, managing all associated duties relating to the purchase ledger department.


* Reconcile statements for all accounts on aged creditors.

* Chasing missing documents from suppliers and making sure the ledgers are accurate.

* Request missing documents from suppliers and process on ledger.

* You'll be able to plan your own and others work to tight deadlines.

* Working with spreadsheets

* Data entry

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in purchase ledger ideally 2 years.

* Experience using Microsoft office particularly excel.

* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.

* Experience: purchase ledger - 1 year (required)

* Working knowledge of spreadsheets,

* Highly organised and conscientious

* You'll be accurate with superb attention to detail

* Possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and suppliers alike.


* Day shift - Monday to Friday
