Conveyancing Fee Earner

My client is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Executive to join their team on a full-time basis in their Derby office.

My client is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer who has excellent client care skills and someone who is committed to offering a high-quality service.

You will have a range of experience in dealing with a varied caseload consisting of sales and purchases, transfer of equity and re-mortgages.

You will work closely with a team of experienced Solicitors, Fee Earners and Licensed Conveyancers and deal with a broad range of matters such as sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage and some post completions work.

In addition, you will also be required to support with marketing and business development.

This role is best suited for a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner with prior experience in Residential Conveyancing.
