Factory Operative

Are you an experienced Factory Operative who has gained experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment? Are you looking for a new challenge?
We have a permanent opportunity to start as soon as possible with a company we are working with based in Wareham.

They are looking for someone with the above experience to join their friendly team, the company host monthly social events with a number of BBQ’s already planned, all food provided!
£10.10-11.30ph DOE working Monday to Friday on a day shift 40hours a week.

The responsibilities of a Factory Operative:

- Shotblasting
- Fettling & grinding
- Loading and unloading the line
- Inspection
- Picking and assembling parts
- Picking and issuing kits for welders

To be considered for this Factory Operative role:

- Experience in metal work
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Current forklift licence
- Experience and knowledge in manual handling
