My client is looking for a dynamic and inspirational hospitality professional to lead their team at one of their large-scale events venues.

We are looking for a real foodie operator with a background in Contract Catering, someone who has plenty of energy, charisma, with a real focus on guest experience.

The Role:

• To build a high performing team by managing and motivating staff
• Manage and develop the catering, bar services and events to deliver a financially viable and high-quality operation
• Accountable for all financial controls, budgets, and reports          
• Continually reviewing and implementing processes to effect improved efficiencies / productivity
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met
• Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service and product

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience of senior leadership within a conference or events venue
• Passion for food and customer service
• Excellent business acumen
• Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
• Excellent man management skills
• Financially astute
• Experience within Contract Catering
• Innovative & creative in your approach
