Coveyancing Plot Sales Executive

As a conveyancing plot sales executive, you will join the successful plot sales team and sit as part of the wider residential development function.

You will deal with plot sales in a dynamic and fast-moving environment for national PLC developers whilst acting for house builders of new build homes, running your own caseload from reservation to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process including Help to Buy and Part Exchange transactions.

The successful candidate will have had 12 months of previous experience in plot sales roles and feels comfortable managing their own caseload.

Experience in dealing with plot sales is essential; skills in part exchange buy-ins and re-sales are desirable.

You will have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process end-to-end in the residential and/or building sector and enjoy working within this industry.

As a priority, you will be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
