We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established law firm in Cumbria.

Our client are a highly regarded South Lakeland firm, they provide a high quality full service to individuals and businesses in the South Lakes and Furness areas and further afield.

THE ROLE:

• Looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who can work both unsupervised and alongside colleagues in a department whose business is primarily from existing clients and recommendations.


• The role is to be based out of their office in Cumbria that is close to the Lake District and Lancashire.

THE CANDIDATE:

• You will ideally hold at least 2 years PQE experience in Commercial Property.


• You will be handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters such as Buying and Selling, Lease Surrenders, Charges and Mortgages and Buying and Selling.


• Excellent client facing skills with a personable nature.
