Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Award-winning, well-established law firm looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.


This is a very exciting time to join our client's firm as they are recruiting due to evidenced expansion within the market.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be running cases from the initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.


Your day-to-day within this role may include tasks such as carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, prepping witness statements and preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).


The candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE.

Having run a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload is desirable although not essential.


You will be able to confidently manage your own workload and prioritise your time effectively, be personable and sensitive with all clients' and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
