The Operations Director must come from a strong events background, with excellent leadership skills, who can really hit the ground running.

This is a hands-on role with fantastic opportunities for progression within this growing company.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have experience as a senior operations manager or director
• Team leading skills and an exceptional leader
• Experience within an events or catering business
• Must be confident in all aspects of financial planning
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Deep functional and industry expertise
• Proactive, reliable and creative
