Duties:

• Managing a portfolio of 150 properties


• Main point of contact for tenants and landlord.


• Maintenance Issues


• Rent Chasing


• Preparation and serving of Section 21 Notices


• Preparation and serving of Section 8 Notices


• Deposit administration


• Property Inspections


• Compliance - ensuring all gas safety, EICR, EPC's are up to date

Days & Hours: Mon - Thurs 9am - 6pm - Fri - 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 - per annum
