Location: Histon, Cambridge

Salary: £35k - £40K per annum

Shift: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8;30 - 12.30

My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office/ Service Manager to join the family-run business at their new premises in Histon.

They are independent specialists in servicing & diagnostics.

The Role:

They are looking for a candidate who would like to have a manager role to work in the office but also be a capable workshop controller.

Motor trade experience is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department.


* Ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedures have adhered.


* Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets.


* Managing and developing the team.


* Growing Workshop utilisation and efficiency.


* Meeting Customer expectation.


* Managing the smooth running and day-to-day activity of the Service Department.
