An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the top-rated Nottingham based law firms, for a Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive to join their forward-thinking practice in this Eastwood office.

The firm who are well known in the local area for their work seek a Commercial Property Legal Executive who is happy to work in a standalone role with no supervision required.

Joining the established team, you'd be dealing with your own caseload of transactions whilst acting for a range of high street-based companies.

Matters you could be covering would include retail, industrial and office plots, commercial landlord and tenant matters, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, to name but a few.

The firms client-focused approach means you would be working with a number of different individuals, gaining exposure to a wide variety of transaction types, rather than specialising in a particular aspect of real estate.

The firm are looking for an individual who has excellent past experience of working within a large Commercial Property department and who is truly passionate about the Real Estate industry.

You should have experience within high street commercial business transactions ideally.

Excellent communication skills are vital, as you would be advising investors, developers and occupiers on Real Estate matters.
