As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• You'll take enormous pride in your staff, your home and your plans for the future


• Set the tone and agenda for your home's success


• Be the focus for decision making and set the standard for others to follow


• Your home will be a reflection of you and you'll take great pride in making sure your home is above and beyond the standards of other homes

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Will have previous experience in a Care Home management role


• This senior role calls for a blend of compassion, resilience and exceptional management skills


• A forward-thinking approach and the confidence to communicate with and inspire colleagues at all levels


• Proven track record in running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your commitment to deliver first-class care

The successful Residential Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days.
