New Build Conveyancer – REF 53641

I am thrilled to be representing a national client with over one dozen firms throughout the West Midlands who are seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to their expanding team in Staffordshire.
 
To be considered for this role you need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience assisting on a variety of Residential Matters, you will be required to be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, CILEX Qualified or CLC, target driven and IT literate and an understanding of the following;
 

- Sales & Purchase
- New Build
- Right to Buy
- Shared Ownership
- Lease Extension

 
The firm is looking for someone with past experience of assisting on a busy case load with minimal supervision, while offering a very competitive salary.
