Due to strategic growth and expansion this company needs a Car Parts Sales Advisor / Car Parts Sales person to join their dedicated and fun-loving team.

For this Car Parts Sales Advisor / Car Parts Sales Person role you will ideally come from a Motor Factors background and have a real interest in cars and the Automotive Aftermarket.

This Automotive Aftermarket business specialise in selling a full range a car parts, car accessories and a multitude of other aftermarket automotive equipment to trade customers and end users.

This is an office-based role working in a lively and friendly team environment that receives a very high volume of incoming calls.

So, you will need a very good telephone manner, communication skills and a sense of humour is a bonus.

For the right person they can offer a great working environment, super team to work with, career progression and good career prospects.

Ideally Located - Peterborough, Werrington, Whittlesey, Southorpe, Gunthorpe, Welland, New Fletton, Yaxley, Crowland, Thorney, Northborough, Deeping St James

Salary - £25,000 to £28,000 basic DOE + Bonus + Pension + Benefits

The Candidate

• Must have good experience and knowledge of advising and selling car spares, car accessories and specialist car parts


• Must be interested in cars and technically minded


• Coming from a Motor Factor background will be a distinct advantage


• Be fully computer literate - Email, Word, Excel


• Having experience working with MAM software / MAM Autocat will be a distinct advantage but not essential


• Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills


• Be able to take orders, process orders on automated systems and ensure accurate dispatch of product


• Be able to own and resolve complaints


• Be happy to assist colleagues in other areas of the business as and when required


• Be happy to undertake additional duties when required
