1st Line IT Support

My client is a well known online company based in Herefordshire looking to recruit someone with good IT knowledge to join their fast paced 24/7 support team.

If you have recently compelted an IT qualification or have experience in IT support please apply.

The role covers 24 hours onsite support and will incorporate shifts of 4 days on and 4 days off, 4 nights on 4 nights off.

Your daily responsibilities a Helpdesk Support will include (but not be restricted to) the following:

- To provide technical support onsite on a variety of IT issues
- High communication and customer support to internal users
- Working on a ticket systems to ensure all issues are resolved
- Setting up new users on laptops/pcs
- OS and Software Support

The role is based in Herefordshire.
