The Role

, Will cover the full range of cross border / international corporate, UK driven M&A matters;
, Dealing with an impressive list of top-flight blue-chip clients;
, Working with named and recommended partners on cutting edge deals.

You

, Will have an impressive academic and career record / pedigree to date;
, Will be comfortable handling M&A but should be versatile and be expected to undertake a broad range of corporate transactions within the practice public and private M&A, joint ventures as well as advising on corporate governance matters.


, Will have excellent experience in managing client relationships & the ability to assist clients on day to day issues.


, You will have excellent written communication and drafting skills & the ability to demonstrate initiative.


, Must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility within a fast paced but friendly environment.


, Want to get involved in the strategic development & marketing of the team as well as have a refined sense of business development.
