This unique venue is looking for knowledgeable, hands on Assistant General Managerto join the team and work with the General Manager to move the business forward, you must have a strong back of house awareness, be aware of your GP’s, budgets and forecasting, overseeing all staff recruitment and selection while being aware of HR issues and show how to deal with them thought interview and selection, fully aware of license laws and how to deal with tricky issues.
