Job Title              Operations Director - Events

Salary:                 £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

Location:             London

We are working a super innovative and forward-thinking events business, with fantastic food and great experiences at the heart of what they do.

We are looking for an Operations Director who will oversee the day to day working and develop the operations.

The Operations Director is responsible for identifying, implementing and developing effective methods across the business so that it runs to its maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for the day to day operations of the business
• Management of the Operations, H&S, Bars and Warehouse teams
• Review and update operational procedures and processes
• Manage supplier relationships and commercial agreements
• Reviewing current financial systems and implementing cost control strategies
• Managing annual financial targets and KPIs
• Review all H&S policies and delegate responsibilities

The Ideal candidate:

• Strong operational experience across hospitality, events and bars
• Experience in outdoor catering or large sporting events is desirable
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Strong management skills
• A real foodie!
• A hands-on person who can hit the ground running
• An openness to rolling up your sleeves and pitching in from time to time
• Contributing to wider company plans in regular team meetings
