Engineering Operative

The successful Engineering Operative will easily be able to commute to this Huddersfield based business from surrounding towns & cities including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax, Elland and Dewsbury

Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Operative:

• Laouring duties as required but not limited to:


• Masking


• De greasing


• FLT work when required


• General upkeep

The successful Engineering Operative will have:

• Previous experience working in an engineering or production environment


• The ability of using various hand & power tools

Working Hours of the Engineering Operative:
39 Hours per week spread across a regular day shift

• Monday - Friday 07:30 to 4 pm

In return, the Engineering Operative will receive:

• Remuneration: £11.85 per hour, £24,032


• Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays


• Regular Overtime: Paid at 150%


• Pension contribution after the probation period


• Permanent employment with a long-established business
