Transaction Manager - Northampton - Family Run - £25,000

My client is a family run dealership in Northampton and they are now seeking a Transaction Manager to join their team.

As the new Transaction Manager , you will be expected to:

- Managing an excellent and stable team of Sales Executives.
- Leading and supporting the team to meet our sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products.
- Working with our After sales management team to enhance the customer purchasing and ownership experience.
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email as required.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely process of marketing vehicles and services both in the dealership and digital platforms.
- Ensuring the customer experience is second to none and this is reflected in customer review scores and verbatim feedback.
- Handling any customer concerns in an efficient and effective way and to support the all-team members as required.
- Actively manage all aspects of enquiry management including, the adoption of a clear process for repeat and referral opportunities.

As the new Transaction Manager , you will have:
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
