My client is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join their team at this unique and luxury hotel & spa.

Located in this stunning Staffordshire countryside, this converted estate offers a unique experience for guests along with a hotel, restaurant, and spa facilities.

We are looking for someone who understands the VIP treatment, has a passion for customer service and able to multi-task.

About the position

• Ensure that the team deliver of 5
  
  *star service throughout the customer journey
• To anticipate guests needs, be aware of all written and spoken requests

• Oversee the Duty Managers
• You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities

• Maximise in-house selling
• Look after VIP guests
• Ensure that the guests have a 5
  
  * experience

The successful candidate

• Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role in hotels
• Someone who is organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Will be able to be able to network and thrive under pressure
• Confidence with speaking to guests on a daily basis
