Internal Auditor

Sacco Mann are working with an excellent firm on the outskirts of Leeds, who are on the lookout for an internal auditor to join their team.

This is a stand alone role, reporting to the Head of Risk and General Counsel, and sitting within the wider compliance function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of the annual audit and review plan


• Identifying policies, external regulations and third party standards


• Documentation analysis and document review


• Defining and agreeing the review scope, timelines and an agreed plan forward for each audit


• Conducting interviews and observations


• Working with key stakeholders and managing expectations


• Writing reports


• Risk management

It is essential that you have:

• At least 3 years' of internal audit experience


• At least 2 years' of data review, process review and report writing experience
