Head of Finance - Retail

Our client is a leading lingerie, swimwear, and activewear retailer based in London.

The company is predominantly based online but also has a number of stores operating in well known department stores.

Having recently gone through a growth phase, the company is now seeking a Head of Finance to join their team.

The successful candidate will have experience in a product orientated environment both online and in store.

The role will report into the Finance Director but will be the direct line manager for the rest of the finance team consisting of ten heads.

Responsibilities

-Board and Management reporting

-Consolidation of the brands group of companies

-Production of board packs and presentations

-Control over budget and monthly forecasting

-Variance analysis for the group and explanation of variance

-Business partner with FD to continually improve financial control and policies

Desired Skills

-ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

-Retail/Ecommerce sector experience

-Previous financial management expertise

-Highly outgoing and sociable
